Refund policy
At CreekCuts, we take pride in the anatomical accuracy and durability of our decals. If your order isn't right, we want to make it right.
Returns
Because our products are adhesive decals, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unused condition with the adhesive backing still intact.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged in transit (e.g., the mailer was severely bent), or if you receive the wrong species, please contact us immediately.
- Send a photo of the damaged item to creekcutsupport@gmail.com
- We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement out to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used Decals: Once the decal has been peeled from its backing or applied to a surface (truck, boat, cooler, etc.), it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Missing Shipments
- Economy Shipping ($1.50): This is an untracked service sent via USPS. While rare, if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, please reach out to us.
- Tracked Shipping ($4.99): If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office before contacting us.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or report a damaged fish, please contact us at creekcutsupport@gmail com. Please include your Order Number and a photo of the issue.
